errore 'tool for creating autoplay CD and DVD discs

salve, non riesco più a lanciare nessun eseguibile(.exe) né procedure di setup per installare un qualsiasi programma (nè gratis nè ufficiale), ad esempio devo reinstallare la win tv di hauppauge, ma prendo l'errore di cui sopra, e questo succede anche con qualsiasi altra procedura di installazione:
compare la scritta 'tool for creating autoplay CD and DVD discs ha smesso di funzionare' e la procedura si interrompe.
questo succede dopo che ho installato gli ultimi aggiornamenti previsti di Vista.
ho provato a disinstallarli ma l'errore persiste.
ho provato a disinstallare nero express con un tool apposito (come consigliato su altro forum), ma la sitazione è peggiorata (non lanciavo nemmeno outlook nè firefox nè word, etc) e ho dovuto ripristinare il sistema al giorno precedente...
ora il resto funziona ma non riesco a fare quello di cui sopra
pertanto chiedo consiglio e/o aiuto per risolvere la questione.

Scarica ComboFix da qui:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Quando lo salvi hai la possibilità di rinominare il file: rinomina l’exe in pippo.exe

● posiziona pippo.exe sul Desktop
● disconnettiti da Internet
● sconnetti, fisicamente, il modem dal computer
● accedi al sistema in modalità provvisoria con un account con privilegi di Amministratore
● lancia ComboFix e segui le istruzioni che verranno rilasciate per eseguire la scansione
● senza eseguire altre operazioni, lascia che il tool completi la scansione e la fase di creazione del log
● al termine della operazione, il sistema verrà riavviato automaticamente (in caso contrario, riavvialo tu)

Note - durante la scansione:
● verranno creati alcuni file sul desktop e poi eliminati
● spariranno, per un attimo, tutte le icone presenti sul Desktop
● potrebbe venire rilasciato un messaggio in relazione all' antivirus in uso: prosegui ignorando il messaggio
● il firewall, se attivo, potrebbe rilasciare un avviso che verranno rimossi alcuni driver (consenti pure)

Verrà creato un log in Disco Locale C: dal nome combofix.txt che dovrai inviare qui.

Conclusa la scansione:
● riavvia il sistema in modalità normale
● ricollega, fisicamente, il modem al computer
● connettiti a Internet e invia il file di testo

N.B. Se non riuscissi in alcun modo ad utilizzare Combofix, segui questi semplici passi:

start > esegui, nel box bianco copia e incolla questo comando, virgolette comprese:
"%userprofile%\desktop\pippo.exe" /killall
Premi OK, si dovrebbe avviare la scansione.

Usa il tag code per inserire i log, è scritto ovunque.
Guardando in giro sembra che il problema sia dovuto appunto a wintv, probabilmente l'installazione è andata male e ha incasinato qualcosa, oppure è un prodotto datato e un qualche aggiornamento crea conflitto.

salve.
non ho capito come usare il tag code, mi scuso per aver inserito il log così come era, non avendo la possibilità di allegare il file, mi era sembrata la cosa più giusta.
il problema è stato risolto parzialmente, nel senso che, dopo aver provato a installare i drivers nuovi oer la nvidia geforce 9300m gs del mio portatile acer aspire 8730g, la procedura non è andata a buon fine, ma sono riuscito a installare un altro programmino gratuito... ma non riesco comunque a reinstallare wintv7 di hauppauge.
ho anche il cd di migrazione a win7 (avuto con l'acquisto del portatile l'anno scorso) e tenterò questa strada per vedere di risolvere il problema, altrimenti dovrò comprare un altro prodotto per vedere la TV sul PC e registrare i programmi che mi piacciono...
fatemi sapere se la migrazione può essere la soluzione.
