stranezze audio

Salve a tutti avrei bisogno assoluo di aiuto!Cerco di spiegare il mio problema.Da qualche giorno non ho più l'audio in internet,cosa che non accade con file audio diversi.Altra stranezza che non mi so spiegare è questa :
Apro Pannello di controllo
Entro in Suoni e Periferiche Audio
entro in suoni applicati agli eventi "conbinazione windows default"
cliccando sul play di qualsiasi icona audio non riproduce alcun suono...ma se apro la cartella sfoglia,quindi Media
trovo gli audio di windows,clicco e posso ascoltarli...!!!come mai?che succede??
Spero che qualcuno possa indirizzarmi....grazie.

che sistema operativo usi hai un pc fisso ...portatile .invia un po di dati marca mod

sai qual'e' la scheda audio installata sul tuo pc ??
