Ciao Andorra,
innanzitutto grazie mille per il preziosissimo aiuto... ho eseguito tutti i passi che mi hai suggerito, ma ho riscontrato un problema: al momento di usare killbox per eliminare service32.exe mi è comparso il messaggio "PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been removed by External Process!".

Nonostante ciò, dopo aver riavviato il pc service32.exe è scomparso dalla cartella C:\WINDOWS, e tutto sembrava essere a posto. Dopo circa un'ora, ecco di nuovo riapparire e1xplorer, stavolta in compagnia di exp1orer, w1inmovieplugin e plug&play. L'antivirus (VirusScan) dice di aver individuato di nuovo service32.exe, ma se faccio una ricerca non lo trovo da nessuna parte e come ho detto in C:\WINDOWS non c'è!

Apri hijackthis, premi su ''open the misc tools section'', poi premi ''open process manager'', individua la voce indicata sotto e premi ''kill process'':

C:\Documents and Settings\Proprietario\Dati applicazioni\ratorefaci\sysrtmvs.exe

Poi vai in basso e premi il tasto back e subito dopo il tasto scan. Metti la spunta nella casellina accanto alle voci indicate sotto e dopo esserti disconnesso da internet ed aver chiuso tutti i programmi aperti premi ''fix checked'':

Scarica killbox: http://www.killbox.net/downloads/KillBox.exe
elimina:
C:\Documents and Settings\Proprietario\Dati applicazioni\ratorefaci\sysrtmvs.exe (elimina l'intera cartella ratorefaci).

L'antivirus (VirusScan) dice di aver individuato di nuovo service32.exe, ma se faccio una ricerca non lo trovo da nessuna parte e come ho detto in C:\WINDOWS non c'è!

Probabile che killbox abbia eliminato il file service32.exe e forse il tuo antivirus lo ritrova nel backup fatto da killbox. Elimina il backup di killbox che si trova in C:\!killbox

Anch'io ho lo stesso dannato problema con questo maledetto e1xplorer. Ho provato in tutti i modi ma non riesco a farci niente. Qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi molto gentilmente?? Ciao, apri hijackthis, premi su ''open the misc tools section'', poi premi ''open process manager'', individua la voce indicata sotto e premi ''kill process'':

Poi vai in basso e premi il tasto back e subito dopo il tasto scan. Metti la spunta nella casellina accanto alle voci indicate sotto e premi ''fix checked'':

Vai su start/risorse del computer/strumenti/opzioni cartella/visualizzazione e metti la
spunta su visualizza cartelle file nascosti e togli la spunta da ''nascondi i file protetti di
sistema (consigliato)''.
