help: non riesco a mandare mail in america

We are unable to identify any problems with the ********* mail systems.
Thi clearly indicates that the problem is on the third parties side, and they will need to investigate.
I suggest you forward the message log above to your third party contact via FAX, so they can follow up their IS department.

For the receiving mail from direzionecommerciale@********.com this is more straight forward.
Another ******** user had reported the mail sending relay that @*******.com uses had sent them inappropriate spam. Mail ralay's are the only address that the ********* mail servers will communicate with, despite the source of the origial mail. I have confirmed that the spam send from the relay is in fact know fraud related spam. We hve also identified that the mail relay used by @*********.com is also used by @virgilio.it, which is a know spam sending domain @virgilio.it is uses to assist with reducing the amount of spam sent into our environment.

Currently, and due to the history of @virgilio.it and the known fraud spam we are unable to unblock the mail rlay used by **********.com. Even if we were to unblock this domain, it is more than likely that the ralay would be re-blacked by someone else in ********** as more spam is recieved.
I suggest you discuss alternative communication methods with the third party and also suggest that they investigate their ISP situation.

Questo è il testo di un fax che mi hanno mandato.

In sostanza necessito di mandare una mail ad una società americana, la quale però ha blacklistato tutto @virgilio.it. Io non mando email da virgilio, ma dalla mail del mio sito, però evidentemente viene usato lo stesso mail relay perchè probabilmente l'ISP da cui compriamo l'hosting si appoggia alle linee telecom.

Ora 2 cose:
- mi sembra un'idiozia blacklistare virgilio-telecom, è un po' come se noi blacklistassimo aol.com vi pare? avei intenzione di farglielo presente questo, faccio bene?

- poi come faccio a mandare una mail? devo registrare un account su libero o tiscali e mandare da lì? Mi scoccerebbe, darebbe idea di scarsa professionalità; inoltre se questi hanno blacklistato un IP di un nodo telecom potrebbero anche aver blacklistato tutta italia... o no?

Ho già contattato l'ISP, ma sono certo che mi risponderanno che non è colpa loro se quelli hanno blacklistato mezza italia.

La cosa è scocciante...

Zello nell'altro topic parla di un problema simile per Libero. Io ti consiglio una mail tipo questa.

C'è sia il servizio free che quello a pagamento. Guarda se è adatto alle tue esigenze.
In alternativa c'è sempre la casella tipo hotmail... ma non è il massimo del professionale!

forse avevo sbagliato io, il provider mi ha risposto dicendo che tutto ciò accade perchè io sono connesso con virgilio e nell'account come server smpt c'è impostato "smpt.virgilio.it". Tutto ciò potrebbe avere senso -non ci avevo pensato- , quindi se mi connettessi con tiscali la mai arriverebbe? più tardi provo...

Il provider mi consiglia di usare direttamente il webmail il che forse è sufficiente a bypassare virgilio. Proverò anche quello... speriamo

Come smtp devi settare x tutti gli account che usi quello del provider con cui ti connetti. Ad es, se ti connetti con virgilio, devi mettere come smtp a tutti gli account out.virgilio.it.
