Credo di avere un'infezione che non riesco ad eliminare...mi date una mano per favore?

Ciao, metti l'eseguibile di hijackthis (.exe) in una cartella del disco fisso appositamente creata (no desktop nè temporanea come hai fatto tu) in modo che il programma possa fare un backup delle voci rimosse.
Apri hijakcthis.exe dalla nuova cartella, premi "do a system scan only", cerchi e spunti:

premi fix cheked.
Cerca il file:
cmh.exe
e se lo trovi eliminalo.

Questa voce va eliminata:

O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Windows Update Firewall System] ctfmom.exe

Sbarazzati del file ctfmom.exe che dovrebbe trovarsi in C:\WINDOWS\System32\ (ma attento a non confonderlo con il legittimo ctfmon.exe con la N)
