Consiglio su scansione antivirus

Ciao a tutti..
credo di avere un problema..
ieri durante la scansione con AVG 8.5 avevo rilevato due Trojan Downloader Generic.8..non so se li ho eliminati o meno..erano in Impostazioni locali e in System Volume Information.
Ho disattivato il ripristino configurazione di sistema, acceso il pc in modalità provvisoria e fatto una nuova scansione..
ora vorrei un aiuto per sapere se sul mio pc c'è qualcosa che non va...
in realtà il resoconto di avg mi dice che non ci sono file infetti, ma per alcuni file c'è scritto "..locked.Not tested".
Volevo sapere se è normale o meno..
Ho un hard disk esterno collegato.
