ciao...per caso hai installato hardware o software nuovi prima che ti comparisse la schermata blu? se è cosi devi entrare nella modalità provvisoria e disinstallarlo...basta che riavvi il pc e prima che carica il S.O. spingi F8 e scegli modalità provvisoria....cosi dovresti risolvere...anche perchè quando windows fa cosi è perchè sicuramente cè un problema di incompatibilità hardware...
