Salve a tutti, ho già cercato nei topic precedenti, ho trovato informazioni utili, ma chiederei comunque gentilmente se qualcuno può controllare il mio log.

I problemi che ho riscontrato:

Sistema operativo: Win XP Professional
non riesco più a fare una ricerca all'interno del pc. Start>cerca>file o cartelle ecc... non funziona
Non riesco più a stampare e-mail da outlook express, non riesco ad accedere al ripristino della configurazione precedente e nemmeno al pannello per l'installazione delle applicazioni.
Inoltre nel task manager ho il processo lssas.exe

Tengo a sottolineare che gli antivirus, i tool e altri programmini non mi hanno rilevato nulla. Ho provato di tutto, prima di disturbarvi!

dopo aver seguito il consiglio di Luke,
ti consiglio di fare un windows update,installare il sp2 e installare un firewall,altrimenti sarai sempre visitato da ospiti sgraditi :P

Poi con hijackthis fixa queste voci:

Poi recati nel pannello di controllo-->>installazioni applicazioni e disinstalla tutto quello non installato da te,compreso tutto quello che possa riportare a WebSavingsfromEbates , ISTsvc (se ci sono)
Assicurati di avere accesso a cartelle e file nascosti
(Pannello di controllo---> Opzioni Cartella ---> Visualizzazione--->metti la spunta su"visualizza file e cartelle nascoste"--->disattiva nascondi file e cartelle di sistema)

Cerca ed elimina (se presenti)
C:\Programmi\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe
C:\Programmi\WebSavingsfromEbates\System\Temp

Vedo che hai anche MSG+,sei sicuro di non aver accettato gli sponsor alla sua installazione?

Dai una ripulita generale:
Fai tasto destro sull'icona IE,--->>proprietà--->>nel Tab Generale,clicca su elimina Cookie e conferma OK,poi clicca su elimina file,metti la spunta a (elimina tutto il contenuto non in linea) e conferma OK
Vai in:C:\Documents and Settings\fausto\Impostazioni locali\Temporary Internet Files,e svuota tutto il contenuto della cartella,fai la stessa cosa anche con la cartella temp...
Puoi anche farti aiutare da Ccleaner per eliminare i files inutili,temp etc
PS:prima di usarlo vai in opzioni--->avanzate e togli la spunta da:(elimina file solo se piu vecchi di 48 ore)

No, non mi ha rilevato nulla.
Sentite un'altra cosa.
Cos'è kernel32.dll?? Perchè mi ha riscontrato un virus, ma non so dire quale anche perchè adesso non lo segnala più e l'ha spostato nel cestino (di Avast!)

A good thing to do after version updates is clear your Ignore list and re-add them, as the format of detected items sometimes changes.

cosa significa nella barra applicazioni messaggio" avviso compatibilità":clicco non si apre nulla,tasto dx chiudi ,ok.Ho mandato un log,nel messaggio precedente,forse è errato?Grazie.

Ciao, puoi togliere il forse ;)
Apri hijackthis, clicchi "do a system scan and save a log file", attendi che si apra un file di testo, selezioni tutto il contenuto del file medesimo, lo copi e lo incolli in un nuovo post.

Ciao, intervengo ancora per dire che primi scarichi il programma ( è un file .zip), lo scompatti vale a dire estrai l'eseguibile (.exe) che metti in una cartella del disco fisso appositamente creata, tipo C\HJT, a quel punto clicchi sul file .exe medesimo e riprendi le istruzioni del precedente post.

si si lo so,io ho cliccato nella parte dx del programma,ho visto che usciva uno strano log,ho provato ad inviarlo.Tutto qua,so che non va bene quello..ciao..
