TANTI PROCESSI ATTIVI..HELP!!!!

Ciao,
sono nuovo del forum è ho assoluto bisogno d'aiuto..il mio computer va lentissimo,ho provato a installare qls tipo di antivirus e il problema non viene risolto,senza contare che fino a poco tempo ad ogni apertura di windows mi appariva una finestra che mi diceva che non trovava il file c:/system32/services.exe.

Spero tanto che mi possiate aiutare perchè il computer va davvero lento ed inoltre ogni volta che lo usa qualche altro utente e io mi disconnetto e basta quando mi riconnetto con il mio utente mi compare un triangolo giallo di pericolo che mi dice memoria virtuale insufficiente....boh..secondo voi potrebbe essere un problema solo e unicamente di ram????

Sposta Hijacthis.ex in una cartella a lui dedicata (es. c:\HJT) ti serve per il backup delle voci che vengono fixate
Riavvia in provvisoria (F8 ripetutamente al boot) e lancia Hijacthis,seleziona le seguenti voci
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {ACB1E670-3217-45C4-A021-6B829A8A27CB} - (no file
Tutte le voci ai fix 014,015 e 016 e le 023 che vedi come finale (file missing)
e poi premi il tasto Fix e riavvia.
fai una scansione con Adware http://www.pc-facile.com/download/anti- ... /ad-aware/ e con
Spyboot http://www.pc-facile.com/download/anti- ... h_destroy/ e fai una pulizia del registro con
RegSeeker http://www.pc-facile.com/download/pulizia/regseeker/ lancia poi CCleaner http://www.pc-facile.com/download/pulizia/ccleaner/.
Inoltre io sarei contraria all'avvio del sistema di tutti i processi che hai,si possono togliere e liberare risorse,non significa deinstallarli. Intanto pulisci il tuo pc e poi se vuoi toglierli ti indico quali sono e come fare.
