Restrizioni su pannello di controllo dovute a Tweak Ui

non posso più accedere alle vari icone del pannello di controllo (compare una finestra di restrizioni che dice :"Operazione annullata.Sul computer sono attivate delle restrizioni.Contattare l'amministratore del sistema".
Ho provato ad applicare delle restrizioni sul pannello di controllo con Winboost e successivamente a ripristinare , ma niente.Ho provato a partire in modalità provvisoria di Windows,ma non si apre,ho cercato di eliminare Tweak Ui dalla
esecuzione automatica,ma niente.

Ti consiglio di utilizzare proprio tweak ui per cercare di risolvere il problema....
Control Panel o shell, a proposito che OS utilizzi?

Devi andare in TWeakUI e nel pannello IE selezionare (CI DEVE ESSERE LA SPUNTA!!)

Ourtroppo non posso utilizzare il pannello di controllo(non appena clicco sull'icona di Tweak Ui,compare la restrizione). Come OS utilizzo Windows ME.

Purtroppo non posso aprire Tweak UI(con il doppio clik compare la restrizione). Se ti può essere utile come SO utilizzo Windows ME.

Macchè...niente da fare. Già provato.
Compare sempre la solita restrizione. Sarò costretto a formattare?.

La prima volta che mi è capitato ho formattato cmq.. =(

La seconda no xchè avevo tenuto aperto il Tweak e facevo APPLY senza chiudere.. con questo sistema ho scoperto che era quella impostazione..

Mi sa che tu sei ricaduto nella prima cmq =(

Sono riuscito ad eseguire il regedit ma non trovo il valore No control pannell da eliminare. Ho guardato dappertutto
