Problemi con Xp prof SP2, task manager schizza a 100%

Da un pò di tempo ho il pc pigro.. il task manager skizza a 100 anche per operazioni banali, ho un Athlon xp 64 a 3.0Ghz con 1 Giga di ram.
Ogni tanto capita che la freccia del mouse si blocca quindi il topo funziona alla cieca!
Quando emule Crea le 3 parti di file di un download non sono piu capace di sentire una traccia audio, va a seghettamenti, non so se è una mia sensazione ma questi problemi sono ominciati da quando si è installato il WGA di windows genuine!!!

Ma nessuno ha notato se dopo l'installazione del WGA si è verificata qualche anomalia?

Sembrerebbe tutto pulito a parte questa voce:

Gli indirizzi che segnala (85.37 eccetera) sembrerebbero regolari, se hai una connessione con Telecom.
Per il resto mi viene da pensare che probabilmente hai troppi programmi che partono in automatico, sono quelli che Hijack ti segnala all'inizio della scansione, prima di R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.inaudita.com/forump3/default.asp

Prova ad eliminarne qualcuno tramite msconfig
