Trova il file infetto
C:\WINDOWS\System32\lsasss.exe (con tre s, stai attento), poi
collegati qui:
http://www.suspectfile.com/index.php
e, tramite le istruzioni, invia il file (lo dovrai zippare, ma è tutto spiegato) che in questo momento è molto presente, purtroppo, kin vari computer (ti dovrebbe aver disattivato anche l'antivirus...
Dopo aver fatto ciò,
Copia l'eseguibile di hijackthis in una cartella peramnente del disco fisso, tiopo C:\HJT, in modo che il programma possa fare il backup delle voci rimosse.
Apri hijackthis dalla nuova cartella, clicchi “open the misc tools section”, “open process manager”, cerchi ed evidenzi i seguenti processi (se ci sono):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolcs.exe
Premi kill process.

2)Torni al menu principale con back, “scan”, cerchi e spunti le seguenti voci:

3) Lancia poi questi comandi:
start>esegui>sc stop mside (lo digiti nello spazio)>OK
start>esegui>sc delete mside (lo digiti nello spazio)>OK

start>esegui>sc stop MSWindows (lo digiti nello spazio)>OK
start>esegui>sc delete MSWindows (lo digiti nello spazio)>OK

4)riparti in modalità provvisoria:
(Avviare il computer.Subito dopo il calcolo della RAM e prima che inizi a caricarsi Windows, iniziare a premere ripetutamente il tasto F8 sulla tastiera. Continuare a farlo fino a visualizzare il menu Opzioni avanzate di Windows. Usando i tasti freccia sulla tastiera, scorrere le opzioni e selezionare il menu Modalità Provvisoria, quindi premere Invio)

5)rendi visibili file e cartelle nascosti:
Seleziona strumenti>Opzioni Cartella
Seleziona Visualizza
Spunta "mostra file e cartelle nascoste"
Togli la spunta da "nascondi file di sistema protetti"
Click OK

6)cerchi ed elimini, se ci sono, i seguenti file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolcs.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mfcee.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\lsasss.exe (con tre s)
C:\WINDOWS\System32\urdvxc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system\mside.exe
winsys32.exe (da cercare)
mysvcc.exe (da cercare)

7)vai su "installazione applicazioni" e rimuovi tutte le applicazioni che non conosci e che non hai installato tu

8-cancella il contenuto di Windows\temp, windows\tmp
(temp e tmp da start>cerca>tutti i file e cartelle, copi e incolli: *.temp;*.tmp, ed elimini tutti quelli trovati)

9-sulle opzioni Internet cancella la cache di IE ( sull’opzione elimina file temporanei spunta anche “elimina il contenuto non in linea”, i cookies, cronologia)

10) svuota il cestino
Posta un nuovo log di hijackthis per controllo

ho fatto tutto ma non va bene...
mi si aprono ancora delle pagine di siti strani che mi dicono di installare strani programmi
poi ci sono delle applicazioni tipo i.exe, msesst , ancora dllhost.exe...
è come se ci fosse qualche dialer molto ostico che riproduce le applicazioni
poi lo schermo non è del suo normale colore...ha vari colori e l'antivirus non è partito...
uno dei siti che si apre va sotto il nomr di mulegaozsicur

scarica questo tool sul computer e mettilo sul desktop.

Apri hijackthis, premi “open the misc tools section, “open process manager”, cerca il seguente processo:
C:\WINDOWS\system\dllhost.exe
Premi kill process.

Torni al menu principale con back, premi “scan”, cerchi e spunti le seguenti voci:

Cerchi ed elimini il seguente file:
C:\WINDOWS\system\dllhost.exe

Esegui il tool di rimozione con doppio clic sul file FixWelch.exe per avviarlo.
Poi clic su Start per avviare il processo e consentire l'esecuzione dello strumento.
Al termine, solita pulizia file temp e tmp, poi riavvia in mod.normale e posta nuovo log di hijackthis.

quest'ultima operazione non l'ho fatta perchè il computer è andato in blocco e me l'hanno formattato...
però queste applicazioni non vanno via tipo dllhost spoolvc ecc

inoltre mi si apre questa applicazione C:\ acdrv.exe che dice che la CPU NTVDM ha incontrato un'istruzione non valida. poi vari codici ed infine sceglere chiudi o ignora.

Norton non elimina questo file c\windows\system32\mljigdb.dll virus bloodhound.packet10

poi ci sono applicazioni molto sospette nel taskmanager e cioè:
recsl.exe cmd.exe mysvcc.exe mrass.exe rundll32.exe dllhost.exe s3apphk.exe navapw32.exe...

Ciao, copia l'eseguibile di hijackthis in una cartella permanente del disco fisso, tipo C:\HJT, in modo che il programma possa fare il backup delle voci rimosse.
Poi apri hijackthis, premi “open the misc tools section, “open process manager”, cerca il seguente processo:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mrass.exe
Premi kill process.

Torni al menu principale con back, premi “scan”, cerchi e spunti le seguenti voci:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [value] mrass.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [value] mrass.exe
O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
O23 - Service: Windows Host Services (DLLHOST32) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system\dllhost.exe
O23 - Service: System Task Manager - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolvc.exe

Premi fix checked

riparti in modalità provvisoria:
(Avviare il computer.Subito dopo il calcolo della RAM e prima che inizi a caricarsi Windows, iniziare a premere ripetutamente il tasto F8 sulla tastiera. Continuare a farlo fino a visualizzare il menu Opzioni avanzate di Windows. Usando i tasti freccia sulla tastiera, scorrere le opzioni e selezionare il menu Modalità Provvisoria, quindi premere Invio)

rendi visibili file e cartelle nascosti:
Seleziona strumenti>Opzioni Cartella
Seleziona Visualizza
Spunta "mostra file e cartelle nascoste"
Togli la spunta da "nascondi file di sistema protetti"
Click OK

Cerchi ed elimini i seguenti file:
C:\WINDOWS\system\dllhost.exe (controlla che la cartella sia system non system32)
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mrass.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolvc.exe

Lancia poi questi comandi:
start>esegui>sc stop DLLHOST32(lo digiti nello spazio)>OK
start>esegui>sc delete DLLHOST32 (lo digiti nello spazio)>OK

Riavvia in mod.normale, collegati qui:
