Dunque, il mio problema è che quando sto giocando a tutto schermo, ogni 20-30 secondi la schermata del gioco scompare perchè viene fuori una finestra di download che mi chiede di scaricare un file da questo indirizzo: http://www.isupport4.hp.com
Immagino sia uno spyware o qualcosa del genere: se provo a scaricarlo non accade nulla.
Ho provato a cercare il problema con diversi programmi.
Ho usato anche HijackThis ma non ho risolto nulla.
C'è qualcuno che mi aiuta?
