E' da qualche giorno che avviando internet explorer si aprono anche finestre non desiderate di pubblicità e altro.

Dal log non risultano infezioni;
Il tuo problema potrebbe dipendere da qualche spyware.
Scarica ed installa Spybot - Search & Destroy,

http://download.html.it/software/getit/ ... d-destroy/

e dopo averlo aggiornamento effettua una scansione.

Succesivamente, apri hijackthis, e dopo aver chiuso tutte le applicazioni, clicca su do a system scan only, seleziona la seguente voce:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)

e clicca su Fix checked.

Scusami ma sei pregato di visionare meglio i report di hijackthis prima di esprimere giudizi sulla loro integrità o meno. Ad es. questo:
C:\Users\fortunato\AppData\Local\cxtpei.exe
è un processo infetto e spybot, almeno secondo me, è uno strumento inadeguato per tale tipo di infezioni.

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Disconnetiti da internet
Disattiva eventuli antivirus o antispyware in real time.
Avvia il file ComboFix.exe (clicca sull'icona di combofix con il tasto dx e scegli "Esegui come amministratore")
Digita 1 per avviare il tool
Segui le istruzioni e alla fine verrà generato un log.
Finito, posta il log che troverai in C:\Combofix.txt
