Virus virus virus help!

Buongiorno a tutti!
sul portatile di mia moglie si è attivato un primo allarme virus (è installato Avira e pulisco con mbm e cc) e successivamente alla pulizia dopo un riavvio nn mi permette piu' di usare nessun programma. escono pop di virus, apre da solo explorer su siti porno e mi continua a suggerire un antivirus a pagamento. Preciso che qualunque applicativo provo ad usare mi dice che il file .exe corrispondente è infettato. In modalità provvisoria sono riuscito ad usare CC e fare una scansione completa AV che nn ha rilevato nulla. Sempre in questa modalità nn riesco ad usare Internet e quindi nn riesco a scaricare combofix. Qualcuno riesce a darmi un mano?

Ottimo ...... intanto vediamo cosa dice Hijackthis, quindi, scarica ed installa Hijackthis: clicca qui per il download
> lancia Hijackthis e clicca su Do a system scan and save a logfile per avviare la scansione
> al termine della scansione verrà rilasciato un log: salvalo sul Desktop ed allegalo

Per allegare i log (anche quelli che ti chiederò più avanti) utilizza questo servizio di upload: clicca qui per wikisend
e, pubblica il Forumlink che verrà rilasciato dopo il caricamento di ogni singolo file.

niente da fare. Ho scaricato il programma e ho provato ma appena parte l'installazione si blocca sia da chiavetta che sul desktop, da "provvisoria " nn credo abbia senso, che posso inventare?

Prova a riscaricarlo ma salvalo con un nome diverso (pippo.exe, per esempio).

Anzi .... per ora lascia perdere Hiajkthis.

Scarica e salva sul desktop Combofix (quando lo scarichi salvalo con il nome pippo.exe): clicca qui per il download

● accedi al computer in modalità provvisoria con un account con privilegi di amministrazione
● crea una cartella apposita sul Desktop e, al suo interno, posiziona il tool che hai scaricato
● lancia ComboFix
● verrà chiesto di installare la Console di ripristino: non la installare
● prosegui seguendo le istruzioni che verranno rilasciate per eseguire la scansione
● senza eseguire altre operazioni, lascia che il tool completi la scansione e la fase di creazione del log
● al termine della operazione, il sistema verrà riavviato automaticamente (in caso contraio, riavvialo tu)

Note: durante la scansione
● verranno creati alcuni file sul desktop e poi eliminati
● spariranno, per un attimo, tutte le icone presenti sul Desktop
● protrebbe venire rilasciato un messaggio in relazione all'antivirus in uso: prosegui ingnorando il messaggio
● il firewall, se attivo, potrebbe rilasciare un avviso che verranno rimossi alcuni driver (consentire)

Verrà creato un log in Disco Locale C: dal nome combofix.txt che dovrai allegare per il controllo.

Ciao, se le operazioni suggerite non consentono di far partire ugualmente combofix, elimina il suo eseguibile.
Riscaricalo nuovamente e, prima di trasferire combofix sul computer infetto, rinominalo, ad esempio in abc.exe. Posizionalo sul desktop del computer infetto.
Fatto questo, clicca su start --> esegui, nel box bianco copia e incolla questo comando, virgolette comprese:

"%userprofile%\desktop\abc.exe" /killall

Premi OK, se tutto va bene parte il programma che potrebbe impiegare molto (non fare altre manovre durante la scansione),una volta terminata, se tutto è andato bene, in C:\ dovresti trovare il file combofix.txt , riavvia in modalità normale e posta il contenuto del file o allegalo.

scusami ma ci ha messo un oretta buona il combo!!! fatto allego file, il link mi fa casino, pero' ora il pc sembra regolare tanto che sto usando quello "infetto" e pare regolare dopo 4 riavvii in automatico etc etc

MalwareBytes è in grado di riconosce i valori aggiunti da questo trojan, fra l'altro pare già eliminato da combofix.
