Non riesco ad aggiornare antivirus
Ciao,
ho appena acquistato un mini notebook con installato Windows 7 starter per mio figlio, ho installato l'antivirus ma non si aggiorna, ho provato a scaricarne altri ma sempre la stessa cosa, il pc si connette in internet con la wifi di casa e riesco a scaricare anche gli aggiornamenti Microsoft , ma quando provo a aggiornare l'antivir mi dice che non si connette.
Ho provato a disattivare firewall e a controllare le impostazioni della rete ma non ho risolto nulla....
Ho letto che può essere un virus e ho fatto uno scan con hijackthis...
