Salve a tutti.
Chiedo aiuto per un problema che da un po di tempo mi assilla ovvero i numerosi riavvii del sistema, imprevisti e purtroppo continui. Talvolta addirittura si ripetono in successione, subito dopo il riavvio, nel mentre che il pc esegue tutti i suoi processi iniziali, si riavvia un'altra volta.
Quello che ho notato è che accadono soprattutto quando guardo un filmato su youtube o simili ad esempio, ma non sempre, altre volte anche quando navigo semplicemente in rete o faccio altre cose (ascolto musica guardo foto ecc.).
La mia domanda è se può essere un problema di scheda video di ram o di qualcosa d'altro, tipo un virus visto che non riesco a fare nessun tipo di scansione nè di antivirus nè di antispyware (il pc si riavvia poco dopo l'inizio di ogni scansione)
Ho notato inoltre un notevole aumento di lavoro di una ventola di raffreddamento, che è praticamente sempre al massimo o quasi del suo regime di funzionamento. Non so se sia quella della scheda video o cosa ma se tempo fa era quasi impercettibile, ora è piu rumorosa di un ventilatore in agosto.

Potrebbe trattarsi sia di una infezione che di un problema di raffreddamento, se la cpu si scalda troppo la scheda madre va in protezione e il pc si spegne, ma se dici che si riavvia potrebbe anche dipendere da altro. Per l'ipotesi di raffreddamento dovresti aprire il case e vedere che non ci sia sporcizia nel dissipatore della cpu e che la ventola giri bene. Per quel che concerne l'ipotesi infezione dovresti postarci il file log generato con Hijackthis 2.04, così possiamo dare una prima occhiata per verificare questa ipotesi. Il pc si riavvia o si spegne con schermata blu o senza?

Grazie antoo per la tua risposta.
Il pc si riavvia e mi chiede se voglio riavviare in modalità normale, provvisoria o provvisoria con connessione internet dato che secondo lui il pc è stato arrestato in maniera non corretta.
La schermata è rossa al riavvio, ma questo accade da due giorni, da quando ho installato zone alarm dato che pensavo fosse qualche attacco pirata di qualcuno che si divertiva a farmi riavviare il pc.
Ora provo a usare quel programma, Hijackthis 2.04, e ti faccio sapere.

Sposto in Sicurezza e Privacy, attendi che ti controllino il file log e ti diano istruzioni.

Ciao a tutti,
ho due un pc e un notebook, il primo con xp e il secondo con vista, ma ho lo stesso identico problema con entrambi.
Ho fatto girare gli antivirus( avast e avg ) e anche ad-aware, ma non è servito a niente. Ho letto i post precedenti ma non so minimamente cosa sia un file log. Se trovate una soluzione per favore, potreste fornirmela con indicazioni a prova di cavernicolo?

il file log è un comune file di testo che contiene informazioni, queste informazioni sono scritte appunto dal programma Hijackthis 2.04, lo scarichi da qui http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/ ,lo installi ed esegui la scansione. Al termine il contenuto del file di testo che si chiama appunto log lo devi postare sul forum. A tal proposito è bene che tu apra un nuovo topic nella sezione Sicurezza e Privacy, posti il contenuto del file e richiedi che ti venga controllato, poi attendi le risposte.
