Problema CPU 100%

Salve sono nuovo. Il mio problema è che da qualche giorno,se per caso vado su youtube ma nel frattempo apro un altro sito,oppure semplicemente guardando un video,la CPU sale al 100%,l'audio inizia a sentirsi a scatti e si rallenta tutto,mandandomi in tilt il computer per una ventina di secondi.
Credo che il mio problema sia simile a quello di un utente che aveva richiesto aiuto qui.Allego la discussione.

Ciao,
avrai il pc sicuramente appesantito da tante porcherie.
Un primo approccio poco invasivo, non per questo meno efficace, è utilizzare CCleaner
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard
fai subito una pulizia
clicca su registro a sinistra e ripeti la pulizia finchè per un paio di volte non trova nulla da riparare (io non faccio mai il backup che chiede, anzi lo disattivo in opzioni/avanzate...tu... regolati come credi)
clicca su strumenti a sinistra e
disinstalla
tutti i programmi che non usi più, se hai dubbi fai qualche ricerca con google
tutte le toolbars
programmi sospetti, se hai dubbi fai qualche ricerca con google
nella sezione avvio elimina tutto quello che non ti serve (in genere niente), se hai dubbi fai qualche ricerca con google
torna nella sezione registro e ripeti la pulizia dello stesso
riavvia (non è da escludere che spegnimento e riavvio diventino addirittura ancora più lenti del solito,il sistema si deve riconfigurare un po' )
rifai la pulizia e la pulizia del registro
riavvia...e fai sapere come va
ps ad ogni buon conto posta anche qualche informazione sul tuo pc, configurazione, sistema operativo et similia

Il mio è un Windows 7 64 bit.
Comunque cclenaer l ho già provato.Cosi come Advanced System Care,scansione virus con Avast e risulterebbe tutto apposto. Ho provato anche Combofix. Se vi posto il log di Hijack vi risulta piu facile aiutarmi?

in idle ..a riposo che valori ai di Cpu ? riesci a inviare uno screenshot del tuo task manager ?

Come faccio a vedere qual è il processo che usa piu CPU? Nel Task Manager,nei parametri CPU,arrivano massimo a 09:è quello che devo guardare?
A riposo prende il 2%..
Uno screenshot mentre il computer è in palla non so se riesco a fornirtelo XD

se ti scarichi "process explorer" è piu' facile ,
con il mouse quando vai con il puntatore sui grafici della cpu riesci a capire il processo implicato !

C era un PSservice che è salito al 40% tutto d un tratto. L ho killato..e direi che va meglio.Ora verifico bene. Ma che tipo di processo sarebbe?
