la cosa molto strana che quando un amico mi manda un we transfer non ricevo il link di we transfer per il download - ho controllato nello spam e non ricevo nulla come da faq ho inserito la loro mail nella mia rubrica ma non è cambiato nulla -- noreply at wetransfer.com << inserito in rubrica -
ho aperto un ticcket di segnalazione ( ricevuto risposta che incollo ) ma non è cambiato nulla -
Cosa suggerite ??

There is nothing wrong with your email address on our side. You can stop receiving emails from us when the mail bounces back from you once and then your address is placed on our bounce list. But it is not on there.
What I see in our database is that the emails are delivered to you, but not opened. Could you please check your spam/junk folder?
To solve this problem, please add our email address noreply at wetransfer.com to your trusted contacts. Adding it to your safe list/contacts could be enough, depending on your security settings. In case you need guidance in adding our address to your trusted contacts, check out this tutorial.
